The hotel offers very comfortable rooms with excellent decor and bathrooms, perfect for up to 4 guests with a sofa bed included. The service is top-notch, with over-the-top assistance and amenities available. The location is brilliant, right on the beautiful beach at Islantilla, ideal for families with children. However, the dining experience was extremely disappointing, and the little shopping area was closed for most of our stay.

The hotel provided spacious rooms with a huge balcony and a very clean environment. However, the room was a bit crowded with twin beds and bunk beds. The service was detailed and accommodating, although they charged a fee for arranging early departures. The location was convenient for beach access but lacked nearby amenities. The dining experience offered excellent variety but lacked warmth, and the pricing was slightly high.

The hotel rooms had braille numbers on the door handles, was nice but could do with a bit of a revamp, and had only one chair for two people. It felt a little tight with the sofa bed in use. The service was great, especially from Rocio in Animacion and Pedro in the bar/restaurant who both went out of their way to ensure my daughter Kate had a great time, despite some initial shortcomings. The location was fantastic if you appreciate what the hotel offers, only a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to lively areas with plenty of dining options. The dining experience had a good variety, with some room for improvement in temperature for the hot dishes. The hotel facilities were well-equipped but needed some minor improvements.
